Prenax supports any number of different platforms to which a round-trip/punch-out solution can be implemented. The Prenax Online tool is built with flexibility in mind, which makes it possible to connect every e-procurement tool without any need for customisation. This is basically achieved by supporting a long number of interfaces that currently exists both for managing punch-out users, as well as receiving electronic purchase orders from the e-procurement tool.
Prenax Online automatically updates subscriber data and changes to employee approval channels through an “Automatic Handshake”. It also supports EDI invoicing through an e-pro platform.
When configuring a punch-out solution there are number of parameters that Prenax will agree with customers to make sure that both automatic login, transfer of shopping cart and purchase orders (if applicable) work together with the client system.
