of your license agreements and electronic resources.
Based upon client-specific requirements, initial license information is gathered
from the publishers (price, license terms and user access details), and the type
of access as available from the publisher (username and password, IP range or 3rd
party aggregator).
Prenax can handle the negotiation between the publisher and the client. Once the
license agreement has been signed, the service can be set up. Prenax will arrange
for the provision of IP ranges or user name and passwords and store a copy of the
agreement.
Prenax can store all the relevant passwords and can act as a 1st line support for
the subscribers. Up-to-the minute Management Information of the electronic
subscriptions is available 24hrs a day via Prenax online.
This same high-level of service is applied to the administration of standard
electronic subscriptions, which in some cases can be set up from time of order
to delivery of passwords in a matter of hours.
