 Prenax and Legal Library Services join forces |

Prenax Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the global subscription agency Prenax Global, has acquired the shares of Legal Library Services Ltd.
"Today is an excellent day for the staff and clients of both Prenax and Legal Library Services. The companies have each forged reputations for service excellence in the legal sector and it makes perfect sense to join forces," says Robbie Frazer, Prenax's Managing Director. "By combining our strengths we have created a partnership of best-in-class services for books, loose-leafs and subscriptions supply to law firms and legal departments in the UK and internationally. Both companies have won prestigious service awards in the law couple of years so it's a marriage of like-minds. Furthermore, with the continued development of our electronic offerings as well as our state-of-the-art consolidation centres, Prenax is now a true one-stop-shop for legal materials and content, support and advice.
The trade of Legal Library Services Ltd was incorporated into Prenax Limited on 1 May 2008. The trading name of Legal Library Services will be retained and wherever possible customer contacts will remain unchanged.
